Clean and comfortable

This home was very clean and comfortable and in a nice neighborhood; however, it is quite dated. It could really use some remodeling, especially bathrooms.

Fine time

My wife and I stayed the month of February at Karl's property. It is a lovely and comfortable home in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, convenient to Sarasota and Siesta Key. We were very relaxed in the home, we enjoyed the pool very much, and we loved walking the neighborhood in the evenings. The home is very well equipped and offered all we could have wanted. Karl was very agreeable and friendly and he graciously accommodated our request for a scent-free environment. Everything about our experience was wonderful.

Good stay

Place is big. Definitely could use updated furniture but the location is good. House was clean. Loved being able to use the beach chairs. Washer and dryer was very good, which I appreciate. Pool is also a plus, too cold for us to use in January but if it was warmer outside we would have used it.

Ideal Home Base for a Siesta Key Adventure

We had an amazing stay at this property for our girls' trip to attend a friend's wedding. The house was clean and spacious, providing plenty of room for all of us to spread out and get ready. The pool was a highlight, offering a perfect way to cool off after a day of exploring Siesta Key. The location was fantastic, with a quick drive to all the major spots we wanted to visit. We would definitely book here again if we ever come back to Siesta Key. Highly recommend!

Family reunion

The property was very maintained, very spacious, close to everything. Very quiet area nice well maintained pool. The owner Karl was very accommodating. Would recommend to friend's and family, and ŵould definitely consider staying there again

Traveled here with great aunts and Grandma. Home has no steps or inclines that made moving around difficult with wheelchair/walker. Very open floorplan, screened in pool was fantastic. Everything very clean, great location, very quiet. Ideal for quiet family vaca.

Peaceful and relaxing

The property location is in a quiet neighborhood but close to places you may want to go. We relaxed by the pool, ordered pizza in one night and went to Siesta Key one night. The house was clean. It is dated, as pictures show, but had everything we needed. Host replied to my messages promptly and we had no issues. We enjoyed our little getaway.

Location, A/C & Pool are good. Very old property and needs upgrade.

Good location. 10mins drive to Siesta Key beach. Pool was really good. We spent good time. A/C was good too. However, it's a very old property. Washrooms need to be upgraded. Lighting is very less at evening/night time. Blinds & lights need to be fixed. Beds frames need to be upgraded.

Wonderful Stay and Great Location!

We had a great time during our five night stay at this property. It was spacious and clean, and we loved having our own pool! It was a very short drive to the beach (5-7 minutes) and the owner provided everything we needed for a great experience at the beach. Everyone on our group had a great time. The house was well equipped and was less than a mile to the grocery and other stores. One minute drive to Phillipi Creek Village. The host Karl was awesome and very responsive. We will definitely look to stay here on our next trip to Sarasota. Highly recommend this rental!
