The private backyard includes a brand new pool with a hot tub and a sun shelf, as well as outdoor dining area and fire table. Enjoy a leisurely stroll to Siesta Key to play at the beach or grab a meal at one of the many restaurants. Home includes two bikes and all the gear you need for a day at the beach.

Getting Around:

Getting around Siesta Key is easy and fun! Your cottage comes with two complimentary bikes, and additional rentals are available at nearby shops. Golf carts are also a popular way to explore the area. For added convenience, Sarasota County offers free trolley services, making it simple to hop on and off to explore beaches, shops, and dining. Whether by bike, trolley, or golf cart, you can enjoy all that Siesta Key has to offer with ease.

Additional Fees & Policies:

✓ Early check-in (before 2:30 PM) available upon request 24 hours in advance: $50 fee

✓ Late check-out available upon request 24 hours in advance: $50 fee

✓ Any damages during the stay will be billed at cost of replacement

✓ Smoking is strictly prohibited; $250 fee if detected

✓ Failure to follow trash instructions and place bins on the curb on designated trash days: $150 fee



Booking Requirements:

✓ Guests must be 25 years or older to book
