The Sweet Spot's architecture is characteristic retro mid-century modern. There is room for everyone with this wide open floor plan and more natural light than any home you’re likely to visit. There are two separate living rooms, providing entertainment and privacy for everyone. The restored terrazzo floor inspired me to create a bold "Mad Men" look, which guided every selection. Blending a select few vintage pieces and accessories, retro furniture with tapered legs & contrasting textures - neutrals are accented with bold pops of color, setting the stage for an inviting space that is the perfect reprieve in a quiet neighborhood.

Located minutes from magnificent Siesta Key, Lido Beach, downtown Sarasota and within walking distance to Southside Village, Arlington Park and Westfield Mall complete with Cine Bistro. Less than one mile (0.8M) to Sarasota Memorial Hospital. This modern home boasts a well-appointed updated kitchen, modern master bathroom, brand new furnishings, and preserved terrazzo flooring.

Enjoy an unforgettable time in this spacious mid-century modern tastefully updated home designed to meet contemporary lifestyles. It comfortably accommodates six and you can enjoy restful sleep in comfortable beds for up to eight guests. The kitchen boasts high-end equipment, large inviting windows. The landscaping is immaculate and tropical, making it a pleasure to relax outdoors, dine al-fresco and even enjoy the firepit.


The bed configuration is as follows:

Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed, with an en-suite bathroom

Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed

Bedroom 3: 1 Full bed (sleeps 2)

Living Room: 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa (Sleeps 2)- Extra Linens in hallway closet.

All 3 bedrooms have large empty closets with hangers as well as dresser space and nightstands with bedside lamps.

Our en-site bathroom with soaking tub shower combo is fully stocked and offers shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, toilet paper, face tissue, towels, and a hairdryer.

Our 2nd bathroom with tub shower combo is handicap accessible and offers, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, face tissues, towels and hairdryer.

Our 3rd bath with walk-in shower is smaller but also fully stocked.

The dining area is spacious and complete with mid-century lighting fixtures, and a retro bar-cart.

The sunny Florida room is everything you dream of with gorgeous tropical garden views.

The family room comfortable seating with a 50inch Smart TV.

The entire home offers central A/C for your comfort and convenience.

Full Laundry is available with washer, dryer, with iron and ironing board. Supplies include laundry detergent.

The large private fenced in back yard has outdoor dining space for six and a firepit with Adirondack chairs for your enjoyment. Dogs are allowed with pre-approval. Cats are not allowed.
