Our coastal chic, contemporary Sun Villa is situated in Sarasota’s charming downtown historic neighborhood of Laurel Park. The villa's garden hideaway is a real Floridian oasis, complete with a fire pit and sun loungers. Downtown and all its restaurants, bars, and shops are just on your doorstep. Plus 3 sugar white beaches – including Siesta Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Lido Beach is only a 5-minute ride away!

Our stylish open-plan 3-Bedroom Sun Villa has been tastefully decorated with brand-new furniture and all the latest mod-cons in a fresh coastal theme. Several floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with loads of natural light, and ceiling fans throughout keep the Florida heat at bay.

The 3 bright bedrooms are decorated in soothing colors with a relaxed beach vibe, each making for a real haven to retreat to. The master bedroom comes with a comfortable Queen-size bed and a generous walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms come with Double beds and ample storage. The room adjacent to the dining room features soundproof glass and privacy shades. There are 2 modern, generously-sized bathrooms (one en-suite) in crisp white decor with walk-in showers.

◼ The open-plan living/dining room invites you to relaxation and entertainment, featuring a plush couch (which doubles as a Queen-size sofa-bed) and a 55” TV with full Smart TV (Netflix, Amazon, etc) for cozy movie nights — and you’ll naturally have access to high-speed Wi-Fi throughout your stay!

◼ While Sarasota's culinary scene is definitely worth exploring, sometimes nothing beats a home-cooked meal. The kitchen comes fully equipped with top-of-the-range appliances and is stocked with everything you need for a relaxing stay with friends or family – including two coffee makers (one of which is an Espresso machine) at your disposal. We’ve also left you some complimentary coffee and water.

◼ You’ll especially love the secluded backyard surrounded by palm trees, foliage, and night lighting ​– a perfect place to savor your freshly brewed morning coffee and enjoy al fresco dining with your tribe! ​Here you’ll find a dining table for 6, along with a fire pit, lounge chairs, and BBQ to make the most out of the Sarasota weather. If you are travelling with little ones, they’ll love the S’mores-making!

When you decide to leave this Floridian sanctuary, you’ll have all your desired amenities within walking distance, with plenty to do and see for all ages!

You will have full access to the entire villa during your stay, with a private garden and parking. Check-in is easy and flexible, as we have an electronic door lock. We want you to enjoy every minute of your stay in our villa! We welcome your questions and feedback and commit to a timely response.
