Newly Renovated Saratoga Home - Walkable to town!

Come stay minutes from all of the restaurants, shops, bars & cafes that downtown Saratoga Springs has to offer! We are a short 10 minute walk to Broadway/downtown, less than 2 miles to Saratoga Race Course, approximately 1 mile to Skidmore College and a 10 minute drive to SPAC, the state park and casino.

Guests will have full access to the home, including paved driveway parking, a washer & dryer, free high speed internet, a smart TV, & much more! *Linens, towels, essentials, & coffee/tea bar are included!

On the West Side of downtown Saratoga Springs is where you can find us! We love the West Side due to it's charm and history! Our cozy 3 bed, 2 bath home is the perfect location for your Saratoga Springs getaway. Originally built in 1872, our house has been fully updated to include modern amenities while maintaining that historic charm. We kept all of the quirky spaces throughout the home that you will come to love as well as the original 1800's hardwood floors. Our kitchen is fully equipped with a full coffee and tea "bar", pots, pans, baking sheets, hand tools, tupperware, wine glasses, mugs and much more! We provide salt, pepper, olive oil, cooking spray, Starbucks coffee, decaf coffee and tea. We also provide light refreshments for your stay (ex: cookies, oatmeal, light snacks), and filtered water from the refrigerator. Beyond those essentials, you will want to plan to bring specific things with you or purchase once you arrive. The grocery store is located close by.

The living room has a large, comfortable couch, and a 55" smart TV with Samsung TV Plus, and smart apps like Hulu and Netflix to sign into. We also have board games, puzzles, and outdoor games during warmer months (corn hole and badminton)!

Our bedrooms are a comfortable size - we have 2 queen beds and a bunk bed (full size bed on top & bottom). One of the bedrooms also has a couch that folds into an additional twin sized bed. One bedroom is located downstairs- it has a queen bed. The other two bedrooms are located upstairs- the bunk bed room, and another queen bed with a small couch. Both bathrooms are full bathrooms - we will provide towels, wash cloths, makeup towels and hand towels. Each floor has a full bathroom. We will also provide luxury shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both bathrooms, as well as hand soap and body lotion.


*In the spring/summer/early fall we will have outdoor furniture and outdoor games (cornhole and badminton) however, we do put these away for the chilly upstate NY winters!
