No staff on property, room had no paper of info re WiFi, how to contact management, info that coffee, etc were upstairs on a different floor….., TV didn’t work, electrical outlets didn’t work …I reported it the next day to property manager who was very responsive and got it those problems fixed, but made for a frustrating first two days. Owner upgraded us to better room for our last day but hot water took 10! Minutes to get just warm…never hot…again reported to property manager who was very responsive and had owners look into the problem, but in the meantime while we were there had very chilly showers. Owners said they would refund one days rental, which was smart of them but it was frustrating to have to deal with short comings at all. Could be a great experience but they need to be more aware of the small things at property that make the difference been a frustrating experience and what could have been good.
Decor was lovely, clean, but so MANY decorative pillows that in the very small rooms they had to be put on the floor in order to sleep in bed…wonder if staff washes the covers on those pillows…doubt it..
sorry really wanted to give a better review but this is honest and the things I mentioned make a difference.
