Semi-Detached Villa: This villa is semi-detached, sharing a wall with the neighboring villa. Both villas can be rented simultaneously, accommodating up to 12 guests together—perfect for two families.

Ground Floor: This incredible space features a full bath, an open-concept living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Living Room: A cozy gathering spot for the whole family, with multiple comfortable seating options. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, high-speed internet, and a Smart TV ensure modern comfort.

Dining Area: Seats six or more guests, with large windows offering stunning garden views that remind you constantly that you're in a paradise.

Kitchen: Though compact, it is fully stocked with all the essentials: fridge with freezer, coffee maker, blender, toaster, kettle, microwave, stove top with vent hood, rice cooker, and a plethora of pots, pans, glasses, plates, and cooking utensils.

Laundry Area: Includes a washer and dryer, large sink, drying rack, beach chairs, cooler, and a wheeled mini bag for groceries from the nearby supermarket.

Outdoor Living: At the back of the villa, guests will find a shared propane barbecue, shared only with the adjacent villa. The front has an outdoor sitting area for four guests, which can also double as a carport with parking for one vehicle.
Community Amenities: Located within the gated community of Villa Hermosa, amenities include a large pool with a children's pool and loungers, an outdoor poolside shower, a charcoal barbecue with a sitting area, a communal sitting area, and lush, tranquil gardens.

Guests can arrive to the Villa either by car, taxi or public transportation. The Complex is centrally located, adjacent to the main road of Hermosa Beach.

This Villa is semi-detached with its partner Villa on the other side of the wall. Both villas are available for rent and can make the perfect rental for two families or groups housing up to 6 guests per villa. Both condos are spacious and feature large living room spaces, ideal for gatherings. If you are unable to find the other listing, please contact us for the link and for availability.


As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.

The villa is located on two floors. The living room and kitchen and first bathroom are located on the ground floor. The bedrooms are located on the second floor and the rooftop patio on the third.
