The Las Palmas neighborhood is one of the most famous areas in the city. It is known for its lush landscaping and 24/7 security. All the condos located in the area are a maximum of 5 minutes' walk from the beach.

One of the favorite plazas for Las Palmas residents is Pueblito (North and South). The two plazas feature several restaurants, offices, a café, and a grocery store.

The main avenue of the city is just a 5-minute walk away, whether by the main road or along the beach. The central avenue offers many restaurants, supermarkets, shops, bars, and nightlife.

Step into the inviting open-concept living area on the ground floor, where you’ll find a cozy living room with a brand new sofa-bed couch, a cozy dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, ready for you to whip up delicious meals during your stay. A convenient full bathroom is also located on this level for added comfort.

Just outside the main entrance, you’ll be greeted by one of the four stunning pools that adorn the complex, providing the ideal spot to relax and soak up the sun.

Venture to the second floor, where you'll find the master bedroom, featuring a plush queen-sized bed and ample storage space, ensuring you feel right at home. The second bedroom offers two cozy single beds, perfect for family or friends. All of the beds feature RECENTLY UPDATED Mattresses for added comfort! Adjacent to these rooms is the second full bathroom, adding to the convenience of your stay.

One of the highlights of the master bedroom is its charming balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine as you overlook the beautiful pool area.

As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.
