This lovely house freshly updated offers 3 bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, distributed in 3 floors.
The ground floor offers only the outdoor parking area. The stairs at the entrance will take you to the second floor, this is considered the main floor.

The open space concept allows our guests to be together while cooking, relaxing in the living room or enjoying the dining area.

Our sliding glass doors allow you to access a main pool terrace and a secondary terrace from where you can look out over our pick a boo Pacific Ocean view. The main terrace is equipped with seating area, BBQ and private pool.

On this same floor, Casa Cielo Azul offers two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with 2 single beds. Both share a full bathroom.
Each of the bedrooms offers a workspace, a closet, ceiling fans, blackout curtains, and air conditioning.

For privacy, the master bedroom is located on the third floor of the property.
This is a spacious room with lots of natural light, and en-suite bathroom and also offers ceiling fans, blackout curtains, and air conditioning.

On this floor you can also find access to a rooftop terrace with a spectacular ocean view.
As you walk up the spiral staircase you will be amazed by the lovely terrace we offer.

Pacifico Resort is full of amenities that you can enjoy totally free of charge.
Just 5 minutes from the house is the children's playground and access to the trails that leads to the waterfall and lookout point.
In the main area of Pacifico, near the main entrance you will find 4 shared swimming pools, hot tub, tennis, pickleball, basketball court and a snack bar (food and beverages not included).

Outside the gated community, just 10 minutes from the property you can enjoy a recently renovated and gorgeous beach club, this is located in front of the beach and for the entrance you must pay an access fee per person.
Access to the beach club is not included, this can be paid upon arrival, the entrance fee can be confirmed with our concierge.

Playas del Coco is a small community but offers a variety of services, restaurants, supermarkets, stores, and more.
The location of this property allows you to explore many of the most popular areas of Guanacaste all within a 1 to 2 hour drive.
