Early Arrival and Late Departure Policy

If you would like to arrive at 12:00 PM, an early arrival fee equal to half a day’s rate will apply, in addition to the total amount already paid.

Alternatively, early arrival or late departure outside of this option is available at $50 per hour.

Please do not remain past the checkout time, as you will be charged if you do not vacate after the first warning.

All early arrivals and late departures must be approved in advance. Payment must be completed before you are permitted to enter the villa early.

Otherwise, standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM.

While our location is just minutes away from the beach and town of Ocotal, we recommend renting a vehicle for the best experience. A new lithium-powered golf cart or a personal vehicle would be highly recommended, either before your arrival or once you get to town.

Alternatively, traveling by taxi or Uber is very affordable in the area. We are happy to provide you with the contact information of reliable taxi drivers who can take you to town, the beach, and any other nearby attractions you wish to visit.
