La Mirande – Historic Heart of Sarlat

La Mirande is a characterful three-story house, fully renovated with taste.
Ground floor: dining area with a period fireplace (not functional) and an open-plan kitchen opening onto a terrace.

Kitchen: stovetop + hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American-style refrigerator with ice maker, wine cellar, washer/dryer.

Breakfast corner with toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker + Nespresso machine. Appliances include: steam cooker, yogurt maker, electric mandoline, mixer, waffle maker, plancha grill, fondue set, blender.

First floor: living room with a double sofa bed and TV, coffee corner, master bedroom (King bed 180×200, wardrobe), bathroom (bathtub/shower + WC).

Second floor: bedroom 2 with a trundle bed (sleeps 2), separate WC; bedroom 3 with a single bed (90×200) + crib and dresser with changing table. Between the two bedrooms: a spacious shower room.

For children, we provide a high chair, a changing table, a cot, plastic plates and glasses.

Free public parking within a 5-minute walk. The apartment is not accessible by car (pedestrian area).

Hugo will respond by text message, the platform or by phone in the event of an emergency.

Located on rue de la Boétie, right in the historic center, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, Sarlat’s market, and main attractions.

Sarlat train station at 1.5 km, then walk or taxi.
