Located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, Villa Lacus is a charming villa with a private garden and swimming pool. Perfect for winding down with friends and loved ones, the villa is a great starting point for exploring the breathtaking landscapes and rich heritage of Tuscany. With easy access to charming medieval towns like Pienza, Montepulciano and Montalcino, as well as the nearby spa towns of Chianciano Terme and San Casciano dei Bagni, the villa offers the perfect blend of relaxation and exploration. Additionally, guests can visit local wineries and vineyards, and the art city of Siena, famed for its Gothic cathedral and other cultural treasures, is within easy reach.

Villa Lacus develops over three floors (lower, ground and first floor) linked by stairs and a lift/elevator. One of the bedrooms on the first floor also has a stone staircase providing independent access if required.

The lower ground floor features a double bedroom, with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub. Additionally, there is a guest bathroom with a toilet as well as a dedicated laundry room. Moreover, the villa offers a well-equipped gym with modern gym equipment.

On the ground floor, you’ll find two generous living rooms (with a fireplace, sofas, and armchairs) and a spacious dining room featuring a large table. Additionally, a workspace with a desk offers a quiet area for productivity. Completing the ground floor, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen with all the amenities you might need for your stay, and two comfortable double bedrooms (with king size beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with showers).

On the first floor, you will find three double bedrooms (with king size beds) with ensuite bathrooms with showers.

Two extra single beds can be added in the bedrooms on request and additionally, all bedrooms can be transformed into twin rooms.

Outside, the villa is surrounded by a lush garden featuring a swimming pool (measuring 15 x 5 m) and sun terrace (with sun loungers and deck chairs).
Offering a peaceful atmosphere, the pool area provides the ideal spot for basking in the sun and enjoying wonderful views over the countryside. The garden also features an alfresco dining area, barbecue, and pizza oven.
