It can be reached by a pleasant walk along an internal or provincial road and by regular local public transport connecting the neighboring towns of Chianciano Terme, Chiusi, and Chiusi railway station, Sarteano.
It is an ideal destination for short or long weekends, even for stays of a month or more. Upon request, it offers the possibility of seasonal adoption of an olive tree and/or a personal vegetable garden, complete with harvesting.

Within a few kilometres and in the surrounding area, there are magnificent places of historical and artistic value such as ancient Cetona, Montepulciano with its wine cellars and “wine route”, the characteristic Pienza with the first European architectural example of terraced houses, Chiusi and its Etruscan Museum, a treasure trove of the history of Etruscan settlements in the area.
The easy provincial roads connecting the Val d'Orcia and Val di Chiana offer enjoyable views and the possibility of reaching Arezzo, Siena, and Perugia in less than an hour, as well as many other places rich in historical and cultural value.
The property is enhanced by views of the Tuscan hills and neighbouring Umbria with Lake Trasimeno and the natural lake oasis of Chiusi, a permanent reserve of protected wildlife, and the splendid landscape that stretches as far as the eye can see among the surrounding hills, olive groves and characteristic houses of neighbouring Chianciano Terme, Cetona, Chiusi and Montepulciano.
Along with the wonderful view, you can enjoy walks among centuries-old olive trees, fruit trees, green fields and the estate's vineyard, with a small natural lake.
The farm, with its 16 hectares of woodland, is part of the local nature reserve, home to and protecting species of protected flora and fauna such as pheasants, hares, fallow deer, partridges, wild boars and roe deer.
The area is ideal for organising trekking sessions, nature walks or mountain bike excursions, guided tours of the D.O.C.G. (controlled and guaranteed origin) “wine route” to the wine cellars of Nobile di Montepulciano, Brunello di Montalcino and Chianti dei Colli Senesi.

Consumption, oven, fireplace, barbecue, trails and free countryside access are included.
