The front, screened-in porch offers an inviting seating area to rest after a fun-filled day or a waiting area while meals are being cooked.

Inside, this gem of a home offers an inviting wooden open floorplan seamlessly combining the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The living room is ideal for family gatherings and movie nights thanks to all the comfortable furniture, large flatscreen Smart TV with Roku, and a wood-burning fireplace. Let your loved ones rest and plan your next adventures while you head over to the fully-equipped kitchen and surprise them with a homemade meal. The kitchen is complete with a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, and coffee maker.

The first floor also features a full bath with a walk-in shower and a private bedroom with a flatscreen TV. Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms and a shared full bath with a tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms have flatscreen TVs and the primary bedroom also features a private balcony overlooking the lawn.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
