Summary:
This charming studio 2 blocks to Forsyth offers everything you need for a weekend getaway or short work from home-away-from-home trip! We have a queen bed and pull-out twin couch, perfect for couples with a child or 3 comfortable friends :) We offer a cozy faux-fireplace/heater with a large Smart TV above - perfect for a cozy night in, or playing music and pre-gaming a night out :) We have strong WiFi for those who just HAVE to get that email out tonight ;).

The Space:
The studio has a fully functional kitchenette with a stovetop, mini-fridge, toaster, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. You have everything you need to cook a small meal or reheat those much deserved leftovers after a long day out in the town! We have a full spacious bath with a shower/tub combo. Aside from the queen bed, there is a pull-out twin in the love seat. The space is super comfy and of course, an easy walk to Forsyth Park and all that the town has to offer!

Guest Access:
The whole studio is yours! The only shared space that you may access, is the laundry facility across the hall. It is free of course, so use at your own will! Just be cognizant of others around you :) There is a bike rental shop down the street, and you may use the garage to store bikes if you'd like!

The Neighborhood:
We are in the heart of the Historic District and only 2 blocks from Forsyth...being nice and quiet at night and an easy walk to EVERY thing, you cannot beat this location! Though mostly residential, there are plenty of restaurants and shops only a couple of blocks away! If you're interested in renting a bike while you're here, Savannah on Wheels is just a block away! We are a short walk away to some of the best (and LOCAL!) places in town including Local 11ten, Betty Bombers, Sentient Bean, Brighter Day (Natural Foods), and of course Collins Quarter at Forsyth! Please ask us about all of our hand-picked local favorites and we are more than happy to recommend!!

Getting Around:
Again, being so close to everything, your primary mode of transportation can be on foot, but there is a bike rental place just down the block and Uber/Lyft are always a good option especially late at night (if you may have had too much fun)! There is also a FREE shuttle that takes you around the Historic District and the stop is 3 blocks away, at Whitaker/Hall. This is a great way to get a free "tour" of the City!

Other Things to Note:
Just to reiterate - the space where the laundry room is across from your unit, and it is shared with other guests from the upstairs. This is the only shared space in the house.

This place was absolutely amazing. The location was wonderful right next to Forsyth park. It was perfect for walking to brunch at Collins Quarter and then the farmers market that happens right next to the restraunt. We also were able to walk to Enmarket Arena for our concert since it was only a mile and we didnt want to worry about traffic after. The place itself was so cozy and had everything we needed for the weekend. Also a special shoutout for the communication! I knew everything for check in days in advance and even had to reach out to update payment method and they were on it within minutes! Brandon and Chase are wonderful hosts! Cant wait to come back again!

The rental is small, but we weren’t there much so that was fine. The shower does not have great water pressure and did not appear to be super clean. The light above the bathroom sink was extremely dim and flickered. We found several spiders and multiple small flying bugs. One day when we returned, the door into the unit was unlocked. We double checked that it was locked prior to leaving for the day. Responses to questions took hours sometimes. The bed was comfortable and the area is cute. It is a walk to get to the city market area or River Street.

The property was clean, crisp, and so incredibly cute!!!! Exactly as pictured! My mom and I had the best time! Forsyth Park was a literal block away, bike rental was under a 5 minute walk, and there were so many restaurants within 1 mile. We recommend the trolley ride, the Prohibition Museum, bike rental, Corleone’s Italian restaurant, and Leopold’s Ice Cream! The hosts had phenomenal communication. We loved the property and the city, we will definitely be back!

This is the cutest snug as a bug apartment. We found it just perfect for two. It’s very well designed so that it’s extremely functional. We did not cook, but we could have! The neighborhood is the perfect mix of historic homes, but a walkable distance to bars and restaurants. We didn’t have a car, and I didn’t miss it. The hosts are BEYOND accommodating, and fantastic communicators. I would stay here again without a second thought.

The Perfect Aptartment

If you are visiting historic Savannah, this is the place to stay. The location is perfection. One block off Forsyth Park where the street parking is ample and free. We were in easy 20 minute walking distance of most of the historic area. The apartment is very cute and extremely clean. Even though it sits on a corner, it was extremely quiet. 0 noise issues on our three night stay. The kitchen was very well equipped allowing us to make nice breakfasts every morning. Chase was very helpful and courteous via text with extremely quick responses. Could not have asked for more. Loved our experience.

Cozy Little Stop

This is a very cute location, and like others by this host very clean and well put together.Easy check in process and the bed is very comfortable. It does sit in a bit of a noisy location, host provides earplugs but with the AC running it isn’t horrible. We will definitely stay through this host again during our future trips.
