The unit was clean and tidy. It was a little dark inside because the apartment is partially underground. There were windows though. We loved the location. It was easy to walk to a lot of landmarks and restaurants.

Perfect Couples Retreat

Location is perfect. My wife and I love Savannah and this neighborhood is by far the best. The morning church bell really enhances the atmosphere. The apartment is easy to access and furnished nicely with all the necessities for a long weekend getaway. We will be back.

This is a quiet, clean place in a great location. Still, if I had some wishes for the improvement of it, it would be the following: earlier check-in ( 4 pm was late), consider lowering the price (over $300 for one person w/ less the 24 hr occupancy), provide another blanket for the bed (the one there is a thicker sheet), it would have been so nice to have had a bike available.

A great property! The central-downtown location is perfect. We walked to the City Market and River Street in less than 20 minutes. All the historic sites were less than a 10 minute walk, and there are shops, outdoor cafes, and restaurants everywhere along the way. The property is clean and updated, and it is nicely pointed with modern decor and appliances. Parking was available right in front of the property and it was free all weekend. Plus, there is an affordable parking garage around the corner for weekday overnight parking. If you want to experience downtown Savannah, this is a good spot for you!

Great location!

Walkable to all the major savannah attractions. It was a great place for my wife and I to find space from the kids for a few days. Would definitely come back again! Bring your pillows though. The pillows at the place are lumps in a bag

My husband and i had a great time for our 1 year wedding Anniversary staying here. We walked everywhere! We would definitely recommend getting more comfortable living room couches. Floors and shower door were not clean. Overall we still enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful location

We enjoyed our stay. The location is good and there was a trolly stop close by and places to walk to to eat. The only thing I was disappointed in was, when you walk to the door, you go down a short walkway between 2 houses and it was dark at night. There is a motion light, but most of the time it was already off by the time we got the code in and it was dark again. I wish I had a flashlight when getting in at night. The people upstairs are a little noisy when then walk and being in the basement, you heard it very well. I would highly recommend this place to others and would use it again in the future

Honeymoon in the Historic District

This property is in a beautiful location. Walking distance to everything. The garden level townhouse is quaint and has everything we needed for our week long stay. Couch cushions and fabric on the bed rails is a little stained and sometimes you hear the people upstairs, but that is our only complaints. Would definitely stay at this location again and recommend to a friend.
