The Space:

Welcome to our beautifully renovated and decorated cottage, located in the heart of Savannah’s serene Battery Point neighborhood. This cozy retreat comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, with 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2 full bathrooms. Hypoallergenic and dog-friendly, our home is perfect for those traveling with their furry friends, and the backyard (not fenced ) offers a safe space to play and relax.



Inside, the cottage features a newly renovated kitchen with a stunning butcher block countertop and breakfast bar seating for four, along with a café-style dining table for intimate meals. The comfortable 14-inch memory foam mattresses, known for their medium firmness, will ensure you have a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring.



Conveniently located just 10 minutes from the historic downtown area of Savannah and a quick 15-minute drive to Tybee Island's sandy shores, our cottage is the perfect hub for experiencing all that Savannah has to offer. Whether you're in the mood to explore the charming streets, vibrant restaurants, and bars of downtown, or spend a relaxing day at the beach, you’ll be within reach of it all. Plus, essential stores like Walmart, grocery shops, and local restaurants are just 5 minutes from the driveway.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the house, the backyard, the driveway, and one additional parking spot on the street directly in front of the house. Please refer to the check-in guide on the app for more details.



*Note: The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we ask that the space be treated with dignity and respect. Please keep noise to a minimum. Parties and events are not allowed. Bring plenty of bug spray while enjoying the outdoors in Savannah!



The Neighborhood:

The property is located in the Battery Point neighborhood on Wilmington Island. It is a very safe location with friendly and respectful neighbors.



Please be mindful that it is a residential neighborhood, so speed limits and quiet hours must be respected.



No parties or events of any kind are allowed on the property.



Getting Around:

The property is conveniently located halfway between Tybee Island’s beaches (15-min) and Downtown Savannah (10-min). You can easily Uber/Lyft to either side if you're not interested in driving around - but you will definitely need transportation to get around as the roadways are not walkable due to the lack of sidewalks. You can certainly go for a morning stroll on the secondary roads here as they are mostly quiet during the day.



There is a very nice Publix grocery store approximately three minutes from the house. In the event of an emergency, you can go to Urgent Care 24/7 in Whitemarsh (6-minute drive). The Chatham County Police Precinct is approximately 2.5-miles. And the closest fire emergency station is 1.5-miles away.

We ask that the space, other guests, and our neighbors are treated with dignity and respect. Please respect the home and its rules. This will help us maintain peace and ensure that all of our guests have a wonderful Savannah Stay!



Interaction with Guests:

We live close by, so we are available to our guests day and night. You are welcome to reach us via the app or by calling us anytime. We are here for you!



You are set up for self-check-in. The codes and instructions will be sent to you via the app at noon on the day of your arrival. You must visit the check-in guide for step-by-step instructions on how to enter the property.



You can park up to two cars on the driveway and one on the street. Please do not plan to travel with more than three medium-sized cars, otherwise parking at the property will be a problem.



The space is dog-friendly only. Our pet fee is set to $50 per day, per dog. This helps us maintain the space at a high level of cleanliness while accepting furry friends. Note: ESAs also pay a pet fee.
