Pictures do not capture that this must be a converted garage to a one-room in-law suite. I could hear everything as if the neighbors were in my room.The connecting door WAS NOT LOCKED on my side. Furnishings were in poor condition, couches were stained. Throw blanket/pillows were old (smelled). No stove. Found a two burner hot plate in a drawer. No dishwasher. Cheap flatware and very few utensils. No full set of cookware. Single serving air fryer and micro-coffee machine. The kitchen was dirty. Mattress was hard and thin. Bedding was old and uncomfortable. There was no thermostat for central air, but there was an air conditioning unit in a window. Thereâs a âsharedâ backyard with no direct access from the unit. Yard was not well maintained and the outdoor furniture is dilapidated.The window unit air conditioner flipped the breaker. After the third time flipping it, I gave up trying to use it. Room was stuffy, and it was FEBRUARY.Owner was communicative and responsive. Location was okay. To check out one hour later, 35. Shameful.Disappointed for the price.
