Introducing our new home:

Savannah’s Historic Jones Street was penned America’s most beautiful street by Southern Living in 2016. With it’s 200 year old cobblestones & historic row-houses, on the corner of Jones & Habersham Streets, stands Savannah’s most iconic Post Modern home. Designed & built by local architect Jerry Lominack, the recently renovated home features abstract cylindrical & rectangular forms, steeply sloped copper roofs & massive windows. On the Habersham Street side of the home are 2 attached condos with equally clean lines, a contemporary façade & private entrances.



We welcome you to the The Haven on Habersham!



Stepping into The Haven 340, guests are met with a sophisticated interior bathed in natural daylight. The home & attached condos were completely renovated in 2022 by international design firm, Plum Design West.



Entering 340, on the left is the sleek, sunny kitchen and on the right is the 1st floor powder room. The dining nook is complete with an MCM Tulip table and 4 chairs & the newly renovated kitchen is outfitted with oak countertops, stainless steel appliances & a washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with all one needs to whip up a stay-at-dinner or reheat your local takeout. Our coffee bar has a Ninja coffee maker & an electric tea kettle with sweeteners & assorted teas at your fingertips.



Next you will enter the reading salon with Scandinavian armchairs and a velvety, emerald green settee. You can sip your morning coffee while plotting your Savannah must-see list! The light-filled gathering space is complete with a custom-made, slip covered sofa, hardwood coffee table and a smart TV. The home is thoughtfully curated, crisp and adorned with hues of gold, blue & pink scattered in the textiles and bespoke art.



The far wall of glass is open to one of hundreds of private courtyards scattered throughout the Historic District. You will feel like you’re in on a little secret while sipping an evening cocktail on the private balcony. Listen for the Savannah soundtrack of horses’ hooves, church bells & an occasional ships’ horn.



Up one flight of stairs are the 2 bedrooms & the full bathroom. Both bedrooms are sleek yet comfortable with queen beds, luxury linens & lots of light!



Between the bedrooms is the clean, modern bathroom. The spacious walk-in shower has a waterfall showerhead, a hand-held sprayer & sliding glass door. The well-lit vanity has extra storage behind the mirror and in the lower cabinet.



The Haven 340 offers comfort & sophistication while in close walking distance to all the historic sites of Savannah! Make this your haven away from home!

Minimum age to reserve is 25 years of age. NO exceptions.



DOG friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $100. Only ONE dog allowed (85 lbs max). No cats due to allergy issues.



NOISE: This property is NOT PARTY friendly. We do not allow loud noise, music or parties of any sort. Violators WILL be evicted and/or fined. The City of Savannah Noise Ordinance requires strict observance of QUIET TIME between 10 pm and 8 am. The City of Savannah Police and neighborhood strictly enforce this.



NO BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE GROUPS!!



MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 4 people including infants & children, at all times.

PARKING: Street parking in front of our home on Habersham Street is FREE. Please read all signs for information about moving your vehicle on street sweeping nights.

Most of Downtown Savannah has metered, on-street parking Monday through Friday. The City of Savannah uses Meter Pay Stations on each block.

The host was fantastic..on top of everything.THE best part of staying here is the location! You feel like you are a part of history every time you walk out. A new house here is built after 1900. Most were built in the 1870's. And Forsythe Park is only a 10 minute walk.

Everyone and everything was outstanding..this place was amazing..we parked the car and never moved it until we left to go back home to rock hill sc. Kitchen was well appointed; location was on a quiet street but walking distance from restaurants and shopping; comfortable beds and furniture; it was a little challenging to drag suitcases up the outside and indoor stairs, so if you have mobility issues, that would be a problem. (No elevator)

Great stay in Savannah. The property manager was very quick to respond to messages. Condo is very nice. Perfect location near Jones street, can easily walk around the charming downtown of Savannah including up to the river, down to Forsyth park, the starting locations for both the Trolley tour and Ghost Tour we did. Kitchen is equipped to cook some meals at home to save money (and Kroger is close by as well). Parking is free on the street and had no difficulty getting a parking spot. Just a wonderful stay!! Easy to get in and out of the building. Of note, this was perfect size for me and my grandpa. Would be tight with 4 people but could make it work. Entrance to the unit and Bedroom are upstairs so be able to go up stairs if that is a concern.

We had an amazing time in Savannah. The place is in a great location. Walking distance to everything. Very clean and comfy. Management was very responsive to any questions I had. Urban deli down the street has great coffee and bagels in the morning. Be sure to download the Downtowner app for free Uber type transportation from 5 pm to 5 am. We used Savannah on Wheels to rent bikes for the day. Would definitely recommend this place.

The location is unbeatable. You can walk to Clary's Cafe, Forsyth Park and much more. Plus, with free parking, the city is your oyster. Inside, the condo was clean, cute and well appointed. We found the beds a bit uncomfortable and the upstairs a bit warm. Making inexpensive box fans available would be a smart move for hosting summertime guests in a city as hot and humid as Savannah, but there were not any on hand. Otherwise, no notes.

Elegant and clean home

We had a lovely visit in Savannah for our son's graduation ceremony from SCAD. The pictures are accurate, and the unit was spotless. All instructions were very clear. On street parking was never an issue, we are very familiar with the area since our kids lived on Jones Street. Just be mindful of the street cleaning days. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The location is great, easy access to many areas. We would stay again and highligh recommend!

Location! Location!

If you’re looking for the perfect location to stay close to River Street, this is it and Kroger is only .5 miles the opposite direction. The beds were very comfortable! Definitely will be staying here again.
