Brand new on Wilmington Island, The Wren House is a stunning 5-bedroom high ranch bungalow designed to offer the ultimate island retreat. With spacious living areas, serene coastal decor, and a perfect balance of comfort and style, it's the ideal escape for your group to unwind and make lasting memories.
The space
On the upper level, the inviting living area flows seamlessly onto the upper deck, offering a picturesque space to relax. Enjoy a queen-size sleeper sofa and a 60” smart TV. The kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring an eat-in dining nook, a fully stocked coffee bar, and all the cooking essentials you’ll need. Adjacent to the kitchen, a beautifully appointed formal dining room provides seating for 8, ideal for gatherings with friends and family.

Down the hall, you'll find three elegantly designed bedrooms: the luxurious primary suite with a king-size bed, a dedicated work station, and an en-suite bathroom; a second king bedroom; and a queen-over-queen bunk room, perfect for adults and children alike. A second full bathroom is also located on this floor for added convenience.

On the lower level, two additional bedrooms await: another king-size bedroom with a generous closet and en-suite bathroom, and a charming double twin bedroom with a playful fort for the little ones. Each bedroom is thoughtfully outfitted with crisp white linens, plush mattresses, blackout curtains, full-length mirrors, ample clothing storage, and smart TVs. We provide premium towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soaps to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

The lower level also features a cozy living area, complete with a queen sleeper sofa, games, children’s books, yoga mats, free weights, and exercise bands. For your convenience, we offer a well-stocked closet with outdoor games and beach gear, plus a "get ready station" for group prep before your next adventure.

Entertainment abounds in the converted garage, transformed into a stylish game room with a pool table, mural, arcade games, card table, bikes, and even a secret speakeasy/bar area. A second refrigerator is available for extra drinks, ensuring your group is always refreshed.

The outdoor spaces are equally impressive, offering the perfect setting for relaxation or evening entertainment. Soak in the private hot tub, unwind by the propane fire pit, or simply enjoy the stunning marsh views. Grill out on the upper deck and savor a meal at the outdoor dining table, which seats 12, making it the perfect spot for alfresco dining.

The Wren House also offers high-speed internet, a washer and dryer, and off-street parking for up to four vehicles. Travel light, as we provide an iron, ironing board, steamer, high chair, and pack 'n play. Each bathroom is equipped with blow dryers for your convenience. Our beach gear includes beach towels, a wagon, umbrella, umbrella stand, eight beach chairs, beach toys, and a cooler—everything you need for a day of fun in the sun!

Our property is nestled on a beautiful marsh, which can sometimes attract natural pests like gnats, especially during certain times of the year or day. While we take proactive measures and regularly spray to manage these pests, please understand that their presence is largely influenced by the environment and may be beyond our full control. We appreciate your understanding!

We love dogs and understand they’re a special part of your family. However, due to past experiences, we have established a pet policy to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. We gladly welcome one dog for a non-refundable pet fee of $200. Please note, we do not accommodate cats or other pets.
