Don't miss the opportunity to spend time in your own private 4/bedroom - 4.5 bathroom villa.
There are actually 2 homes within the property, one large and spectacular private pool and an outdoor gazebo where you can enjoy the impressive views of the ocean and also the very well maintain gardens of the property.
This villa is perfect for couples or families, with enough space for parking 4 cars. Only a 15min drive to Dominical's conveniences, but high enough for a lovely breeze!

Villa Tres Colinas is located in Lagunas de Baru where the mountains meet the sea, overlooking stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, valleys, mountains, and jungle.
The villa is totally furnished and has a fully-equipped kitchen. Please note that the homes are equipped with air conditioning in the master bedroom of the main house, and guest house, as well as ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living areas. There are extensive lighted pathways and grounds to explore.
Bedrooms are furnished with a king size bed, 1 queen bed, 1 double bed, and 2 single beds in the guest house that can be converted into a king size bed. Bedroom and bathroom linens will be prepared by housekeeping. Beach towels and a cooler are provided for your days at the beach.

Wireless Internet is provided, and you can also enjoy Netflix at the smart TV. Guest will have full access to the entire property. Both homes, pool, gazebo and all outdoor living space. No other guests or homeowners will be on site during your stay.

A place of pure tranquillity

We absolutely fell in love with this serene villa with a wonderful view of the sea. It is so quiet and peaceful with beautiful views of the sun sinking into the pacific, toucans and birds of prey flying overhead. We chose this villa for our elopement wedding ceremony and it exceeded our expectations for a special location and a perfect day. Everyone was so helpful with everything we needed including the concierge and on-site caretaker. Everything that we organised went smoothly. The villa is very comfortable and well equipped with lots of space as well as being private and surrounded by nature. There is a small problem with the pool meaning it isn't an infinity pool right now but it's still perfectly usable and didn't spoil our enjoyment in any way. I would 100% recommend this villa a truly special place that will stay in our hearts forever. Thanks!!

Amazing property needs some tlc

We have a great stay at this home/property but it needs some tlc, pool is leaking so required constant water, which impacts homes water pressure, ceiling fans in some rooms not working, some outlets inoperative, many outside lights were not working, bulbs needed replacing, we arrived at night and totally pitch dark so signage and better lighting needed in this scenario. One or two more tres calinas signs needed on the way up the drive way , better flashlights and more candles needed when power goes out. A few tweaks needed to improve experience but all in all a great property, nicely appointed and we really enjoyed our stay! Pool and views are amazing!

Beautiful private Villa

This is an amazing property! Extremely private, well stocked, clean and a view that is unparalleled. We had toucans as regular visitors as well as iguanas and agoutis. It was a wonderful experience for our children to be immersed in nature. The concierge, Oscar, was always available and responded quickly to any questions we had, but he was never intrusive. His recommendations were all excellent. We would definitely stay here again
and plan to!

Very dated Villa, beautiful property.

First of all, we have been coming to this area of Costa Rica over the last 12 years and have stayed at several other Villas. We don't take writing reviews lightly but feel in this case it could save others from the disappointment that we experienced. The good points of this property include the beauty of the landscape and views. The grounds are kept up nicely and the sunsets are incredibly beautiful. Now for the disappointing aspects. First of all the pool has a severe leak requiring constant filling to keep it clean and usable. This condition does not allow for the infinity edge to be operable therefore keeping debris that falls into the pool from being filtered properly. Also 2 of the 3 pool lights were out. Second the overall cleanliness of the Villas was sub par. IE; mold on ceiling fans, terribly stained furniture and dirty dishes. The kitchen is also extremely dated and poorly stocked. The main house has 1 A/C unit as described in Master BR although 3 ceiling fans in lower living area were inoperable. The furniture as a whole inside and out is also very dated and uncomfortable. Half of the pathway lights described were out causing an unsafe condition at night and use of a flashlight to walk from one area of the property to another. In our opinion this property does not justify a 399 price per night rate.

Fabulous villa in a stunning location.

Tres Colinas was an absolutely fantastic spot for our family of five. The location on a side of the mountains with views of the surrounding jungle and down to the ocean cannot be beat. The large pool is lovely and well-maintained. The house itself is great, with a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and endless bathrooms. The pool house was also nice and comfortable. We got excellent communication and support from Oscar, our fabulous concierge with Paradise Management. He organized an in-house chef for us for two meals, as well as a massage and a great tour of Manuel Antonio Naitonal Park. I would gladly recommend this house to anyone interested in a luxury experience in the mountains above Dominical. The only word of caution is that you should make sure you have a 4x4 vehicle with high clearance, as the road to get to the villa is very steep and can be hard to travel after intense rains.
