Enjoy this spacious-appealing home. It has 1 roomy, relaxing bedroom equipped with 1 queen bed, comfortable living room with a pull-out sofa and a spacious fully-equipped kitchen for meal preparation. If you are traveling alone or with a small group, the place is excellent for a relaxing, comfortable stay on a low budget.

Free, safe parking available at the end of the Lockhart St and Lehigh Ave. From 9-5 parking in front of the building is metered. Street parking is free from 5 pm to 9AM

No one has access to the home except for myself, my fiance and son who may access the home during the day. I will be available if needed. I have a small office in the home & will be there on occasion or stop to say hello.

Please keep the place tidy. Clean up after yourself in all spaces. This includes rinsing out the shower after use. Make sure to wipe up all surfaces and wash the dishes used after meals. If you spill it please clean it up. When the inside garbage is full, it can be emptied into the bins located in next to the entry of the side porch.
If you are there on Wednesday evening, please take the garbage and recycling bins to the road.
Drink responsibly.
No smoking inside the unit but it is permitted outside if needed.
No overnight guests without my approval.
All visitors must leave by 10 pm.
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7 am


Check-out is at 11 am. Upon leaving, please be sure the unit is tidy, all dishes are washed and back into the cupboards and all food has been put in the garbage. The garbage has been placed outside in the bins. Place keys back into the lockbox so my cleaners can get in to prepare for the next guest. Please make sure the door and the lockbox are locked. Have fun and enjoy your stay!
