The Space:
The entrance to the property opens into a modern, spacious hallway, which leads to a cosy living room equipped with a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The hallway also provides access to a large open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area, filled with natural light from patio doors and Velux windows. The contemporary kitchen features up-to-date appliances, whilst the dining area includes a table that comfortably seats eight people. For added convenience, there is also a downstairs WC.
Head to the first floor, you'll find three bedrooms; two with king-sized beds and the third having a single bed. Each room offers ample storage and is filled with natural light. Additionally, there is a large family bathroom, finished to a high standard, featuring a freestanding roll-top bath, a separate shower, a large sink, and a toilet.
Venture to the second floor where you will find the final two bedrooms. The first is a single bedroom with storage in the eaves, making the most of the space. The second is a spacious twin room, complete with a quirky window seat that adds character. The bathroom on this floor features a walk-in corner shower, a sink, and a toilet.
To the rear of the property you will find a secluded patio area with outdoor furniture, ideal for warmer nights and alfresco dining for all guests to enjoy.
