Huge Family Home; Centrally Located in the Capital Region!!!

Located in Schenectady, this lovely house boasts 4 bedrooms including a queen bed, full bed, futon, and sofa bed ideal for families.
With 3 bathrooms equipped with a bathtub, bidet, and shower, guests will feel right at home. Enjoy amenities like WiFi, AC, a washing machine, heating, hair dryer, and iron. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. There’s a huge deck and a blackstone grill right in back, off of the kitchen. Hammock, deck furniture, and a huge yard to enjoy.

There’s an eat in kitchen as well as an island in the kitchen. A big dining room and dining room table, also. Lots of room and supplies for cooking in the kitchen. There’s a den space which is one of the sleeping spaces, on the first floor, and then a living room as well. The living room couches all recline.

3/4 of the bedrooms have a smart TV with a streaming service. (The basement is also partially finished and there is an additional sleeping space down there, if you want to use that we need to plan ahead for that because it is not always part of our rental, but it can be.)

We have a big driveway for multiple cars as well as a garage.

We are 30 minutes from Saratoga Race Track and downtown Saratoga Springs, 15 minutes from downtown Schenectady and Proctor’s Theatre, 20 minutes from downtown Troy, and 20 minutes from downtown Albany!

It is a lived in house! We spend most of the year here so there are photos and family knock knacks around. There are cats in the basement, which will probably be locked for the duration of your stay unless you choose to use the finished part of the basement. The cats do not come upstairs. There are also fishtanks throughout the house. These are self sufficient.

There are two rooms upstairs that we keep locked unless asked not to. One is a playroom that is full of our children’s belongings, and one is an office.

There are ample toys like basketballs and a basketball hoop, as well as frisbees sidewalk, chalk, wiffle ball, and things like that to play with for kids in the garage.
