Villa Adelaide is a welcoming two-story villa situated at a few steps from a sandy beach. It sleeps 14 people. From Villa Adelaide you will enjoy a nice view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea. Villa Adelaide is 350 square meters (3770 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, direct access to the beach and to the sea, two private terraces, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3 km (1.8 miles) from Donnalucata. You will find the closest restaurant at 3 km (roughly 1.9 miles), a grocery store at 2.7 km (roughly 1.7 miles) and the closest beach (Pantano Arizza) at 150 meters (approximately 490 feet). You will reach Villa Adelaide from the parking area along a route that includes approximately five stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Adelaide you will need a car. You will be able to park it inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to eight cars.

As a guest of Villa Adelaide you will also have the opportunity to hire a personal chef for dinners. Private transfers from/to the airport and excursions in the area can also be arranged, on request and for a fee.
Direct Access to the Sea
From the property you will have a direct access to the sea and to a public beach. You will reach it along a 100-meters (330-feet) walkway that has no stairway steps.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 16 meters (52 feet) large by 27 meters (89 feet) long, from 50 centimeters (1.6 feet) to 2.5 meters (8.2 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and sun loungers. The pool is open from the beginning of April until mid-November.
Patio
The patio is 400 square meters (4300 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof and by tall palms. It is equipped with sofas, armchairs and masonry benches and with tables, chairs, two deck chairs and a swing. Here you will also find a wood-fired pizza oven. From the patio you will have a characteristic view of the greenery.
Garden
The garden is 3500 square meters (37700 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall palms. The garden is equipped with a sofa, armchairs and two masonry benches, as well as with a gazebo. From the garden you will enjoy a view of the greenery and of the swimming pool.

The living room is paved with tiles. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include two sofas, two hanging chairs and a desk. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate eight guests, eight more guests can be accommodated at the kitchen counter. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels).
