Guests enter up a flight of stairs through the front porch. With its new table and chairs and lagoon views, this quiet spot is the perfect place for morning coffee. Guests enter in an spacious open floor plan. Open and airy, the living area is perfect for relaxation, equipped with A comfortable new sectional for ample seating and a 50" Smart TV make the perfect spot to unwind together. A fully stocked kitchen, with granite countertops, stainless steel refrigerator and custom cabinets,.is open to the dining area and seats 6. Large windows in both areas let in the beautiful sun and warm breezes. Off the living room you will find a laundry closet with a full-sized stacked washer and dryer making returning home from the beach a breeze.
The first floor of the villa has two en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom with King bed, 34" TV, double closets and private deck with new bistro table and chairs make it a serene spot to enjoy the views of the lagoon and golf course. The private bath features a large tiled walk-in shower and granite topped vanity. The second bedroom features a Queen bed, TV for streaming, double closets and a private bath with tub/shower combo. Two twin beds, a half bath, and private sun deck with new chaise lounge chairs round out the loft space. A nook is included for reading, games and puzzles. Please note the loft is open to the living area below.

The outdoor space includes a covered car port with one additional parking spot and a shower to wash off the beach sand. Also included is a patio with a table along with lounge and sitting chairs. The patio is equipped with a propane gas grill for BBQing.

Nearby Bohicket Marina and Freshfields Market offers boat tours and rentals, restaurants, and a variety of shops. And, don't forget the charm of historic Charleston, a scenic 21 mile drive, with its rich history, markets, ghost tours, carriage rides, and a variety of sightseeing venues. This tropical island retreat truly has something for everyone!

The master bedroom features a luxurious King bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with a cozy Queen bed. Upstairs in the loft, two twin beds have access to a charming half bath. There is also a balcony where guests enjoy soaking up some sun or reading a book.

LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.)

WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located on the ground floor of this cottage for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.

AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. The cards are INCLUDED WITH YOUR STAY! This is a savings of $50 a day. Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone.

CAR PASSES: This property is limited to passes for 2 vehicles per stay. A car pass fee of $45 per guest vehicle is assessed to the renter. LSV golf carts count as a vehicle.

ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a limit of 2 vehicle passes. There is parking in the driveway area and in an adjacent off street space. Parking on the pinestraw or street is prohibited. The $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due two weeks prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers may be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle.

CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone and our office and team of staff are located on the island most all of the time.

CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. CLEANING: We do not clean to make our properties appear clean. We really clean well. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. We have a reputation for thoroughness and attention to detail. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs.

THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.

IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

CANCELLATION POLICY: For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $65 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, ALL monies are forfeited.

LONG-TERM RENTALS: This property is open to winter monthly rentals and long-term rentals. Please contact us for discounted monthly rental rates.

DAMAGE PROTECTION INSURANCE: In understanding that accidents may happen, all Guests must pay a non-refundable fee of $69 for $1500 coverage in Damage Protection Insurance.
