This Summerwind cottage features a large sectional sofa in the living area, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and sliding glass doors to the screened porch. The screened porch features abundant natural lighting with golf course views, lounge chairs, an outdoor dining area, a classic Lowcountry porch swing, and a convenient flatscreen TV. The large eat-in kitchen offers high-end appliances and fixtures, a breakfast nook to seat 3, as well as a laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer. The dining area table seats up to 6 guests, just off the kitchen and living area. Enjoy golf course views from the screened porch, cook outs with the gas grill, spacious living areas, and convenient location to the beach in this Summerwind cottage!

This Seabrook Island cottage comfortably sleeps 6 guests throughout the 3 spacious bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a brand-new Restonic king bed with a cooling feature, access to the screened porch through sliding glass doors, and an en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, and the third bedroom includes 2 twin beds. The two guest rooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Summerwind Cottages are located near the Seabrook Island Club and Ocean Winds Golf Course, a short bike ride or walk to the beach or Club pools. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Your stay includes amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club, the island’s hub of activity with two oceanfront community pools, two championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball at the Racquet Club, and on-island dining. The exclusive Beach Club offers a true island escape with a soft sand beach, shaded cabanas, sun loungers, two saltwater swimming pools and oceanfront dining!

All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: 10-minute walk or bike ride to Boardwalk #9.

Pet Policy: ONE (1) well behaved dog is permitted, with a maximum weight of 45 lbs. Pet fee is an additional $250 per week. No other pets permitted.

Vehicle Policy: Seabrook Island allows a maximum of THREE (3) vehicles at this property and requires each vehicle to have a car pass at all times. Car pass fee is an additional $45 per car.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
