The 2nd BR offers a bunk bed with a queen and twin mattress. 3 ROKU smart flat-screen TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, & 4 beach passes included.
You will love the location and the flexibility to choose the ocean or the pool to cool off & relax. You will be centrally located 2 blocks from the Beach. You are 2 blocks from the Bay.

Also, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, main attractions/waterpark! Private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, evening cocktail, fireworks, and views of the Ferris wheel.

We offer a fully stocked kitchen with all your cooking tools requirements: Keurig, dishes, cups, pots, serving platters, eating & cooking utensils, crockpot, toaster, blender, baking items, etc.

Stay Duration:
During Peak Season we require a 7-night (weekly) rental; Checking-In on Saturday and Checking-Out the following Saturday.
During the Off-Season, we require a 3-night minimum.

Summer parking in Seaside Heights can be difficult, but the condo's central location enables you to leave your car in the unit's reserved parking spaces and walk to most attractions.

Private Community Pool – only for people staying/living in this building. The pool is open only during the summer months. It is an outdoor pool.
Please be respectful of noise levels and guests in the building, especially at night.

No grilling on the property of any kind.

We provide four beach season passes with the house. Kids under 12 are free. Seaside has switched to online payment this year, but if you need more, you do still need to go to the kiosk to pick them up.

Bath towels and pillows are included.

Please bring your own bedsheets, blankets, or comforters, and beach chairs/toys.

Washer/dryer in the unit.

Free Wi-Fi. Brand new Roku smart tv’s, no cable! Only streaming! Tv’s in the living room and both bedrooms. Front door camera.

Sleeps up to 2 or 3 adults and 2 to 3 children (total of 5)

This is a family-friendly, quiet neighborhood with year-round residents. Guests must always be respectful and limit noise to reasonable levels. No parties. No noise after 11 pm. Must be 25 years old to rent this condo.
Photo identification ID Cards (Drivers' License etc.) are needed from the person named on the reservation. If not provided, the reservation will be canceled and the amount paid would be forfeited.
