Unser Strandhaus bietet das Beste aus beiden Welten: Quiet Nordende Nachbarschaft und ganz in der NĂ€he schöner Strand Meer und berĂŒhmten Promenade! Sie können zu Fuß und / oder mit dem Fahrrad ĂŒberall in der Stadt von hier.

Das Haus hat schöne KĂŒsten Bilder im gesamten GebĂ€ude. Ein bequemes, ĂŒbergroßes Sofa (auf dem man wunderbar schlafen kann), ein ĂŒbergroßer Stuhl und zwei Wipp- / Liegesessel befinden sich im Wohnzimmer, das auch ĂŒber einen elektrischen Kamin und einen 40-Zoll-Flachbild-TV mit DVD verfĂŒgt. WiFi im gesamten GebĂ€ude. Der Esstisch fĂŒr 8, und die KĂŒche ist voll ausgestattet. Alle Betten verfĂŒgen ĂŒber bequeme Matratzen und BettwĂ€sche sowie einen zusĂ€tzlichen Schlafbereich im Familienzimmer mit einem Queen-Hide-a-Bett mit BettwĂ€sche und zwei Schlafmatten fĂŒr bis zu 9 Personen. Hauswirtschaftsraum, Spiele, BĂŒcher und Filme sind fĂŒr die GĂ€ste zur VerfĂŒgung. Das Familienzimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine Ledercouch, bequeme StĂŒhle, einen Flachbild-TV, einen elektrischen Kamin, eine Tischtennisplatte und eine magnetische Dartscheibe.

Zum Lieferumfang gehören unter anderem die "Clam Gun" fĂŒr diese speziellen Ebbe-GerĂ€te sowie Krabben und ein Krabbenkocher. Unser Ferienhaus liegt drei Blocks von der einfachste Ort, um die 12th Avenue BrĂŒcke crab-. Legen Sie einfach Ihre Töpfe, gehen Sie zurĂŒck in das Haus zu entspannen und zu Fuß zurĂŒck ein paar Stunden spĂ€ter fĂŒr Ihr Abendessen! Es gibt auch ein Weber Grill und persönliche Feuerstelle im Freien in der privaten eingezĂ€unten Vorgarten. Brennholz geliefert! Es gibt sogar ein Spielhaus fĂŒr die Kinder! Es gibt LiegestĂŒhle, eine Stranddecke fĂŒr den Sand, damit Sie sich am Strand wohl fĂŒhlen, und Plastiksandspielzeug fĂŒr Kinder, das im Schuppen aufbewahrt wird.

Jeder liebt den Strand in der Sonne, aber auf die Regentage gibt es keinen Mangel an Attraktionen. Neben den Annehmlichkeiten / AktivitĂ€ten an der HĂŒtte, der Stadt am Meer bietet das Aquarium, Galerien, Arcade-Spiele, ein Outlet-Center, ein Kino, ein Erholungszentrum mit zwei beheizten Pools und einer schönen neuen Bibliothek mit Puppentheater fĂŒr Ihre Kinder . This was our second year staying at the cottage for the annual Seaside Beach volleyball tournament. The house was clean and well stocked, and even had a welcome basket with some goodies for us to enjoy :) The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and a very short walk to the beach. Kathy was very accommodating and responsive throughout the booking process and during our stay. Highly recommend this booking!

This is a wonderfully appointed and perfectly located stay in Seaside. The check-in was easy and Kathy was great- on top of everything to get us settled. It was easy to see the care and thought that went into this space. Comfortable, great layout for 2 families with children. Excellent outdoor area that we all enjoyed. Easy to pull off a bbq for all, plenty of seating, fire pit a fave with kids for s’mores- and a large, clean hot tub!The kitchen was also super clean, with everything you could need and probably forgot to bring. There was even a bottle of wine, coffee and chocolate for us!!!This place absolutely deserves its 10 rating- the Oregon Coast is a specific vibe and they do it perfectly.

Wonderful beach stay

We really enjoyed staying here and will remember this property when we vacation in Seaside again. Communication was prompt and also very helpful. Everything was well thought out and appointed- you can tell the owners take great pride in their property. Beds were comfortable as well. We walked to the beach daily- the path through the dunes is just at the end of the street a few houses away. Technically we could have walked downtown too. There is also a little park walking distance we enjoyed visiting with our kids.

Multi-generational Vacation

If you are looking for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a living room, fully stocked kitchen, large rec room, fenced yard, hot tub and so many other things. Then this is the place for you!We were meeting with our children and our grandchildren ages 4 and 1 1/2. The home was clean, had so many comforts of our own home and then some. It as a play house, amazing hot tub and beautiful fire pit. It is a short 5 minute walk to the beach and a short 10 minute walk on the promenade to the famous Turn-a-round. Kathy has thought of little detail to make your stay as memorable as ever.We will book this home again when we visit Seaside.Thank you Kathy!

Multi generational gathering

Host has thought of EVERYTHING and then some. She has maximized space to the fullest inside and out. There are multiple gathering places both inside and out which made it very easy with multi-generations, different sleep schedules, noise levels and entertainment options. Great games and book selections, a kitchen better stocked than mine at home! Silly me brought my instapot! She even remembered we were celebrating birthdays and left balloons for our arrival. Nice welcome basket. Well placed handrails throughout the home, porch and hot tub. Enclosed front yard with a playhouse and toys . This place lacks for NOTHING, very warm and welcoming.

Perfect family beach house!

I’ve been coming the Seaside since I was a kid and this was my favorite vacation rental to date. Kathy has thought of everything. The outdoor space was a huge hit with our daughters. They adored the playhouse, loved making smores in the fire pit and looked forward to our evening hot tub soaks. The inside was clean and cozy. We enjoyed movie and game nights almost every night. Beds were comfy too. The short walk to the beach was great. We loved being close the blue mat for easy and quick access to the beach with our small kids. Kathy was very responsive and kind with all our questions and needs. Highly recommend and would love to return!

We loved The Cottage!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage while visiting Seaside to compete in the Annual Seaside Beach volleyball tournament! Kathy was very communicative and kind throughout the booking, stay and check out. The house is conveniently located just off the promenade, and a short 10 minute walk to the main roundabout in downtown Seaside. It’s tucked into a quieter residential side of Seaside, which has its benefits when you are recovering from a long day of competitive volleyball and ready for a good night sleep. The hot tub was an added bonus for our recovery - it was clean, hot and large enough for our bigger group to enjoy. Kathy provides everything you need for your stay. We appreciated the thoughtfulness and care she puts into ensuring guests are set up for success - from abundant kitchenware and toiletries, to gear for beach activities and play time at the house. We absolutely loved the ping pong table! 10/10 stars - would absolutely book again. Thanks for a great stay, Kathy!

Fantastic beach house

We loved this wonderful beach house in Seaside! Seaside is a fantastic location, 15 or so minutes from Cannon, Ecola and Indian Beach (our favorite visit at sunset!), but just off the busy “prom” beach trail so lots of privacy and seclusion. Walkable (I highly recommend bringing bikes/e-bikes), it’s about two football-fields walk from the golden sand and gorgeous water and all the sand dollars you can carry! The house itself was perfect for us and our 3 kids - tons of room to spread out, big tv and ping pong in “rec room” allowed us to watch our own movie in the family room every night. All in all perfect, will definitely go back!

A great stay at Cottage by the Sea

This home is just down the block from a trail through the sand dunes to the beach. There is also a short trail that leads to the Promenade (which provides a straight walk to the Seaside Aquarium, about 10 minutes, and downtown, about 12) and a beach bathroom and accessible beach trail. The neighborhood was very quiet for most of our stay. The house has many nice features and thoughtful additions. There is a firepit with plenty of chairs, roasting sticks, lots of wood and kindling, and lighters. The hot tub holds six and was greatly enjoyed by all. There's a nice patio table with an umbrella. There are several little outdoor tables and chairs on decks around the house. One of them came in handy for cleaning clams. We were so excited to get shellfish licenses and use the clamming equipment stored in the shed to get our limit of razor clams down across the river channel! We wished we'd had time to go crabbing at the nearby bridge with the crab traps. The inside had enough comfy beds or hide-a-beds to hold nine of us. Two bathrooms with showers and tubs. Plenty of hot tub towels and bath towels. Plenty of shampoo, etc, and detergents in the kitchen. The kitchen has great appliances and is very well stocked. We did a lot of cooking and also used the nice gas grill outside. There are lots of board games, a ping pong table, a game table, extra sweatshirts in the closets, and a nice ocean decorating theme. I can't think of anything that was lacking! We would love to stay again!

Seaside gem!!!!!

From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The Cottage by the Sea is absolutely charming and Kathy and Wayne are wonderful hosts. The house is totally stocked and repeatedly we would say, “ I bet Kathy has it”, if we were missing anything and she did!!! It was perfect for our family of three (including a teenager) and my mom. We were also joined by another family friend and her teenaged daughter for part of the trip. More than enough room for all of us! The beds were super comfy and we enjoyed cooking together most evenings. The outdoor space is like an outdoor living room and we took full advantage of it as the weather was perfect! (The hot tub is a great perk!!!) The beach is just a short walk as is the promenade which is so convenient. We absolutely loved our time at the Cottage by the Sea and can’t wait to go back soon!

Cute cottage, so close to the water. Very close to downtown Seaside. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after our excursions. Has great amenities and loved being able to wash our clothes, wished i packed lighter! 100% recommend. Great communication with host. Thank you again for sharing your home with us.

We enjoyed the location feeling private and quiet while still being just off the end of the promenade with easy beach access. The cottage had wonderful accommodations and plenty of extras like books, games and outdoor gear. It is tidy and well kept-a real treat!!

Great vacation

We had a wonderful time. Everything was great. Show up and have a good time! Hot tub, camp fires, short walk to the beach. Well stocked with everything you need. Owners were great and easy to contact, quick to respond.

Wonderful!

Our family loved our stay here! The owners are very thoughtful and the property is very well appointed. We caught our limit of razor clams at the adjacent beach one day, and caught two keeper crabs off the nearby bridge another day, so our dinners were fresh, local, and delicious!
