The fastest and most reliable mode of transportation in our opinion. Simply download the App and go. Uber/Lyft Driverâs are always minutes away.
Turo & Car2Go
You can rent a car with car sharing apps by downloading Turo or the Car2Go app.
Seattle is one of the least air conditioned cities in the US, with only 33% of households having it because historically, we havenât needed it. Obviously things have changed and it can get hot here now. We have provided a rolling A/C unit that does a very good job of cooling the space. Iâm addition to the rolling A/C unit, we have provided a fan for the bedroom. Other than whatâs provided we do not provide refunds due to weather.
Absolutely No Parties. If any glitter or confetti is found after your stay, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee and may receive a negative review for not following our house guidelines.
Lastly, please note the bedroom does not have a door on it.
Please no shoes in the house.
Guests can check-in anytime after 4 pm
Check-out time is at 11am sharp. A late checkout may be possible if requested before 11am on the day of checkout, for an additional fee of $30 fee per hour. The absolute latest we may be able to accommodate is 1pm (again, this has to be requested!)
Any guest that stays past 1pm on their checkout date, may be charged for an additional night and a fee for rescheduling the cleaner.
We also have a strict no smoking policy. If we find evidence of smoking of any kind inside the home, you will be charged a $500 fine. Youâre welcome to smoke outside of the unit as long as itâs 15 feet from the property.
