The property owner was a great communicator. Apartment was very very clean, with high ceilings and really nice BIG remodeled bathroom. A lot of things in walking distance and neighborhood was safe. If you are NOT used to city life, you might feel differently. The property owner fully disclosed this apartment and itâs front door is directly on a busy street and you do get a lot of street noise. If youâre used to big city noise itâs fine, if not, you might not like this. We were there for a baseball series and walked the 2miles to T-Mobile everyday. You must walk through International District to get to TMobile which will or could be very scary for anyone not used to walking a big city. There are several blocks that are loaded with zombie drug users that you must navigate on the.way. This is not an exaggeration, but once you get through that area the walk is fine. We ubered home for late nights from TMobile due to that area of the walk. Overall this apartment location was really good. The upstairs tenant was pretty loud sometimes, worse than the traffic so it woke us up. Not the property owners fault. The property is âsmoke freeâ which we preferred, but the other tenants were smoking weed both in and around the property, so we got that 420 fragrance in our room several times. Wasnât end of world and the apartment presents exactly as advertised. Itâs clean, small, easy access to things. Bed advertised as queen, but seemed smaller, However, we managed. Liked the Vynl records!
