*. Step Disclosure: There are 8 steps at the entrance, and the home has 3 levels. Please be sure everyone in your group is comfortable with stairs.

*. Parking Disclosure: There is one assigned parking space at the back of the house.

*. AC Disclosure: There are two mini-split AC units: one in the living room and the other one in the king bedroom on the third floor. There is no AC in the 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor.

*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.

*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per night.

*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.
