You will have your reserved parking space, but street parking will be limited. Please do not book this weekend if this will not be okay with you. It is a fun time!

Excellent Five Star Property

We completed our 7 day stay, and were very happy with the property. Would stay again. The property is as described and clean. It comes with a well stocked kitchen/general supplies, air conditioning, and all the electrical outlets/charging ports you could want. Great location in First Hill/Capital Hill. Within walking distance to restaurants, parks, grocery stores, public transit, and bars.Reserved parking is a big plus as street parking can be challenging to find. Lauren, the property manager, is great. Excellent, detailed information provided in advance of the stay. And she is available during the stay if further assistance is needed. Looking forward to the next opportunity to stay here.

Perfect Spot for a Long Weekend!

This was the perfect rental for our group (4 adults)! The house was fully stocked with everything we could have needed (linens, kitchen supplies, towels, toiletries, etc.) Host was always super quick to respond when we did have questions. They also provided a guide to the neighborhood which was super helpful when trying to plan out activities/make reservations. Location was perfect - convenient to restaurants and not far from Pike's Place, but on a quiet street. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Seattle!

The house manager is fantastic and attentive

There are many great things about this property and there are some things to know that are not listed in the booking information. The stairs for parking and the house itself could benefit from grip tape with high visibility lines on it. While they are lit it is hard to see in the shadows. The furniture in the house is not built for larger bodies. The chair in the living room can hold a large adult but the couch made all sorts of noise with 2 adults over 200 sitting on it and my buddy who was over 400 didn't trust any furniture in the house to sit on. The kitchen is set up in a way that keeps kids out of the cabinets. This also keeps short adults or people with reach limitations from accessing plates, cups, and things. The only bathroom in the house is upstairs! OH and the hot water heater will only make about half a bath of hot water so you need to time your showers if you have more than one person looking to take a hot shower. (A flash hot water heater could fix this issue)The body wash and shampoo and things are cocoanut sent for those with allergy concerns.The location is great if you are able to do stairs and hills. The yard is private and the host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. This house is a duplex so expect to hear the other tenants as they go up and down the stairs.

Perfect choice

In Seattle from Alaska for medical. This place was a gem, within walking distance of Swedish and other facilities, with two groceries and numerous restaurants also within walking distance. Special touches such as soup and crackers, spices, teas, bottled waters etc just an indication of how thes folks care about their guests. 5 stars!

The house was perfectly located within easy access to bus lines, downtown and many attractions. We appreciated the off-street parking, the very well stocked kitchen and the overall comfort of the house. The beds were comfortable, there was coffee and ample cooking pots and tools. Wonderful place to stay

This home is very charming. The private patio area in the front and the gardens are beautiful. It’s like a little hideaway in the city. The interior of the home is well appointed and we really enjoyed our weekend in Seattle and would highly recommend staying here.

The house was a great place to stay, within easy walking distance of a funky and happening neighborhood with lots of cool restaurants and shops. Would be not a hard walk downtown or a quick Uber. The owners were wonderful, even replacing the pepper when they noticed it was missing. It was a wonderful place to stay while exploring Seattle.

Perfect location, perfect host

This two story comfy home was perfect for me and my family as our stay in Seattle required a central location. We could walk nearby to tons of restaurants and bars, made easy by the notebook of recommendations left for us. The designated parking spot made coming home less stressful. The beds were so amazingly comfortable that my mom actually had me get the mattress information from the host. The kitchen is so well stocked, there’s nothing more you could need. And last but not least the host was so wonderful and communicative, going above and beyond when I left an item on accident. Totally recommend!
