You'll be less than two miles from downtown and Marymoor Park, and an easy four-mile drive from Microsoft Headquarters. Heading into Seattle? The heart of the Emerald City is just 16 miles west.

Because of its corner position, this townhome gives you a delightfully sunny space to return to each day. Fix yourself drinks and appetizers in the well-equipped kitchen, sit down to enjoy them at the windowside table, and find a favorite movie to stream (using your own accounts) on the smart TV.

If you're working remotely, head upstairs to catch up on email in the dedicated home office, complete with two desks, monitors, and high-speed WiFi. Other bonus features of the house include, both a high chair and baby gate if you're traveling with a little one, and a washer/dryer. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
