Short walk to the lake with 90’ of private sandy beach, new dock/diving board, and private nature trails. Sharing the lake front only with the owner and his guests.

Located on .7+ acre, one of the largest private properties on lake Sammamish. Short walk to the lake with 90’ of private sandy beach, new dock/diving board, and private nature trails. The condo is on the first level of the building and doesn’t have full lake view. But the lake it’s only minute away on a beautiful park like nature trails.

The lake front and the trails are shared with only the owner and his guests.

Located on the ground floor of a new 3 story building with private access. Park your car in front and use the private walkway to the unit.

The unit has everything you need. Just bring your toothbrush. Guests can get a hold of me at any time by call, text or email. I live nearby and can help you further if needed.

Credit Card Fee: A 4% non-refundable credit card fee will apply to all payments.
4. The driveway, trails, orchard, pathways, beach (90`), dock, diving board etc. all shared with the Owner and his guests and not exclusive to you.

5. If you have pets then -you Must carry a bag for your pet`s poop every time you`re out with your dog. You can`t leave your pet`s poop and other waste outside. You must dispose of it immediately and properly.

-There are several wastebaskets and recycle bins around the house: the toilet is not one of them.

-Quite Hours: 11 pm-9 am everyday


Sauna Rules
Welcome! To help keep the sauna safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone, please follow these guidelines:

🧼 Cleanliness & Courtesy
• No shoes allowed inside the sauna or on the decking area.
• Rinse your feet before entering using the hose near the entrance.
• If no water comes out, you may fill the red bucket with lake water and use that to rinse.
• Please take all personal belongings with you—don’t leave anything behind.
• If you turn on the outside lights, please turn them off when you’re done.

👕 Attire & Hours
• Swimsuit or clothing is required at all times in and around the sauna.
• Sauna hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

🚫 Access
• Sauna use is strictly limited to guests staying at either of the two Airbnb units on the property.
• Visitors who are not staying overnight are not permitted to use or enter the sauna.

⚠️ Safety
• No one under 12 years old is allowed in the sauna.
• Anyone with serious heart conditions should not use the sauna.
• No alcohol or food inside the sauna.
• Water bottles are allowed to help stay hydrated.
• No smoking or vaping inside the sauna.

🔥 Use & Operation
• Limit use to 1 hour per group. It takes 15–20 minutes to heat up.
• A light splash of water on the heater is okay.
• Do not use more than 1 scoop every 3–5 minutes.

⚙️ How to Operate
• Turn the timer dial just past the large “1” to start the sauna right away.
• Do not use the small numbers (1, 2, 3, etc.)—they delay the start by that number of hours.
