One parking garage space is provided for typical sized vehicles (space requires care when entering & exiting). No tall roof racks (76" max height).

While on the rooftop you will have incredible 270 degree views of downtown Seattle, Puget Sound, Olympic Mountains and Lake Union. Enjoy the gas firepit or cooking your favorite food on the gas BBQ.

The coffee station is equipped with a gooseneck hot water kettle, Breville smart grinder, pour over coffee maker and French press. Delicious local coffee and assorted teas are provided to kickoff your Seattle Penthouse experience the moment you arrive.

Portable air conditioning units in the living room/kitchen and each bedroom.

Ultra fast Wi-Fi is provided throughout the suite to stream your favorite shows or work remotely on multiple devises.

The living room includes comfortable seating with a 65" 4K UHD TV including free Amazon Prime video and Disney+ (NO CABLE ACCESS- STREAMING ONLY). Guests can log in to their Netflix, HBO, etc.

Plenty of USB device charging spots located throughout the space including the kitchen and bedrooms.

Enjoy two full bathrooms with bathtubs. We provide premium shampoo and body wash.

Full size front load washer and dryer are located inside the Suite for your convenience.

Both bedrooms have queen size luxury green tea infused MEDIUM-FIRM memory foam mattresses, gel foam and down alternative pillows and soft high thread count bed linens.

Large luxurious towels are provided

A super comfortable queen size luxury air bed with auto adjusting firmness is available as needed for extra guests.

Sweet 713 is a completely smoking free space. This includes inside and outside the space (common areas).

Juliet Balconies- Doors located in the living room and each bedroom open with railings for safety. There are no walkout balconies.

Light rail is 3 blocks up the hill on Broadway. From there guests can go north to Northgate Mall and south all the way to SeaTac airport.

Video only surveillance: The building has cameras in the main 1st floor lobby only.

Free off street parking- One parking garage space is provided for small to medium size vehicles (COMPACT & requires care when entering & exiting). Max vehicle clearance: height 76" width including mirrors 74".

The rooftop deck has spectacular 270 degree views of Seattle (shared with the other building residents)

NO SMOKING- Smoking or vaping in the suite is strictly prohibited.

Normal Check-In hours are 4 pm - 11 pm Pacific time. Late check-ins can be arranged upon special request.

Building entry- There is a simple two step process to enter the building and then enter the Suite. You will be given check in instructions to ensure a smooth check-in process.
