This is a mature, adults-only space — the decor is unapologetically expressive and sexually themed, reflecting the owner's personal aesthetic. It's a fantastic fit for open-minded adult guests, but not recommended for families with children.

A Few Additional Considerations:
- The portable AC is not available year round and is only installed during the warmer summer months.
- You will need to take four flights of stairs to get to the condo unit.
- Parking is available for one small to mid-size vehicle. If you have a larger vehicle you will need to use street parking or a paid parking at your own expense.
- This condo is located in Capitol Hill, so some street noise is to be expected.
- As a residential building, amenities may occasionally be closed for maintenance. We’ll notify you of any changes as soon as possible.
- Occasionally, the building performs exterior maintenance such as window washing or painting. Workers may be visible from the windows; privacy can be maintained by closing the shades or curtains.
- While we consider our home to be suitable for children and families, please be aware that it is not child-proofed. Kindly ensure that children are supervised at all times.
