Upstairs, you'll find a sunny home office tucked into a warm wood-paneled room that feels like a quiet treehouse. The bedrooms up here are cozy and bright, with soft queen beds and plenty of natural light flowing through the windows.

Downstairs opens up to a modern space with a beautiful white bedroom, fresh floral bedding, and its own desk setup for working. The clean, simple style makes this floor feel like a peaceful retreat.

Step outside onto the patio, where comfortable seating and wooden benches gather around a nice table. It's the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening drinks under the trees and string lights.

The house fits eight people comfortably with four bedrooms - three with queen beds and one with a twin bed plus a pull-out trundle bed. Two full bathrooms make morning routines easy, and two separate work areas are perfect if you need to catch up on emails or join a video call.

You couldn't ask for a better location to enjoy Seattle. Take a walk around Green Lake, try the great local restaurants, or catch public transit to explore the city. The University District is just minutes away, and quick access to I-5 means you can easily get anywhere in Seattle. Plus, you'll have two parking spots right at the house - which is really hard to find in Seattle!
