Located in the peaceful countryside of Sedgefield, our property offers ample onsite parking for multiple vehicles, making it perfect for large groups or events. Please note that public transportation is limited in this rural area, so having your own car is the most convenient way to explore the beautiful Hunter Valley region and reach nearby towns. Newcastle Airport is approximately a fifty minute drive from the farm, providing the easiest access for those flying in to visit us.

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please note our check in time is from 15:00 and check out is required by 10:00. This property is strictly non smoking throughout all indoor and outdoor areas. We kindly ask that you respect our quiet hours to maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the farm. While we are well equipped for events, please discuss any specific requirements with us in advance. Pets are not permitted at the property. Ample private parking is available on site for multiple vehicles. We recommend arriving by car as public transport is limited in this rural location.
