The location of this cabin was great, centrally located to everything. We were not able to take advantage of the ambiance of the fireplace, as it was not working and did not get fixed during our stay. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean. We were concerned when using the hot tub about the loose railing and metal bar that had been used to try to repair it. It was a safety concern. Unfortunately, the picture shown in the listing as the view from the hot tub is no longer accurate, as there is now a house under construction blocking the view.

Was very disappointed in this cabin. The pictures look amazing but the cabin definitely needs some improvements.Received an email prior to our arrival that the hot tub was cleaned, sanitized and ready for our arrival.Sadly it wasn’t. It was dirty, cloudy, had brown scum and no chemicals in it.Stephanie the property manager responded very quickly to my message and tried to resolve the problem by having the spa technician come out but after he added chemicals it remained cloudy unable to use and had a code FL 2. He stated that it probably needed to be drained and have a fresh restart. We were unable to use it during our entire stay 4 days and three nights.The furniture needs replacement and the living room coffee table legs were broken.The back deck where the spa is located was dirty with dog hair, stuck on dirt and the railing and decking near the spa is falling apart
safety concern most definitely.The bbq grills, the gas was filthy dirty with caked on grease, food and crud. I hd to clean it prior to using.The charcoal grill was also dirty and had old charcoal coals left in it
I didn’t use it so I wasn’t going to clean it.The grilling utensils outside left a lot to be desired
they need a good soaking, cleaning or beater yet REPLACED. Glad we weren’t there during the week. House next door being built. Construction crew arrived before 6:00am and started with all the noise to wake up a sleeping neighborhood.Have stayed at many VRBO and would not recommend this one.

It looks great in the pictures. The furniture is ready for replacement. I wore socks in the house for a very short time and they were coated with hair. I assume a dogs. However, that means the house was not cleaned very well. The yards, both front and back are very unkept. No central air, so we had to deal with window air units in most every room. On the good side, it's located in a handy location, and the property manager was very friendly, and easy to contact.We would not go here again.

A great cabin, but not clean and not looked after

First, the cabin was nice but there were several deficiencies: Upon opening the fridge, there was no light. We had to pop the cover and screw in the bulb. Only 1 of 2 bulbs worked. The ice maker and the dishwasher were not working. The upstairs shower light was not working. There were several bulbs missing and/or out in the cabin. The cleaning crew did a terrible job: Many dishes and utensils were filthy in the cabinets and had to be scrubbed before use. The cabin garbage had been emptied, but not the recycling bin which was full and smelly. When brought to the attention of the rental manager, we were told that "a girl" would stop by to empty it, and that never happened. The trash stayed there for the duration. The outside areas also needed cleaning. Given these circumstances, we would only recommend stays here when these issues have been remedied.

Family get-away

We only had 2 nights in this cozy cabin and would have loved to stay longer! Location was good and we appreciated having a stash of coffee grounds waiting for us in the kitchen. The hot tub was a nice perk, though if I could have located a broom I would have swept off the deck so that we didn't track debris into/out of the water. Temps were chilly during our stay but the fireplace made the cabin feel really comfortable. Great place!

Winter Retreat in Sedona

We loved staying at this property. We had a couple of hiccups to start the vacation, but our property manager (Steph) was very responsive and understanding. The location is perfect for hiking on the west side of town. There is plenty of parking, and the hot tub kept its temperature nicely. I would recommend this property for any group of friends/family that is looking for R&R in Sedona.

Cozy Cabin

We booked a 3 night stay in Sedona over Thanksgiving weekend. The cabin was exactly what we were looking for. The host was very accommodating and responsive to any requests. We would definitely book this location again.
