You’ll find everything needed for a relaxed stay, including a washer and dryer, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace in a room with a door. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, extra blankets, and room-darkening shades are provided, along with bathroom essentials and a hair dryer. 4. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 9am per strict Sedona noice ordinance
5. Please do not set the AC lower than 75. It will freeze and stop working.

Sedona is a dark sky community to preserve the natural environment and increase the astronomical viewing to residents and guests. Because of this, lights are not permitted outside after 9pm.

Breaking rules is subject to fines of $1000 plus damages done to the property

Additional costs may be collected for missing remotes and towels.
