Wake up to red rock views and fall asleep under the stars at this one-of-a-kind desert retreat. Indian Cliffs Retreat blends elevated design with entertainment-ready spaces, making it the perfect basecamp for a group getaway, a family reunion, or a few days of pure Arizona relaxation.
Sleeps groups comfortably with a King, two Queens, and a Murphy bed.
Outdoor Living
The private pool is the centerpiece — positioned to soak in sweeping red rock views while you cool off in the desert sun. Multiple outdoor lounge and dining areas make it easy to spread out, relax, or gather as a group. Hiking trails are just steps away, putting the area's natural beauty right at your doorstep.
Indoor Living
Inside, oversized windows flood the open-concept living space with natural light, blurring the line between indoors and out. The fully equipped kitchen anchors the main level — ideal for cooking together or hosting a crowd. Downstairs, the game room brings the fun: a pool table, chess table, mini bar, and a large flatscreen smart TV make it the go-to hangout spot for guests of every age.
Sleeping Quarters
The primary suite occupies its own private level — a true retreat within the retreat. It features a king bed, two private rooftop decks, and an en suite bath with a jetted soaking tub. Two additional guest bedrooms sit on the lower level near the game room, sharing a full bath and styled for comfort. A Murphy bed adds flexible sleeping space for larger groups.
Location
Tucked into a scenic red rock setting, the home offers privacy without sacrificing convenience — dining, shopping, and local attractions are just a short drive away.
Note: the pool cannot be heated when outdoor temps drop below 55°F; the spa can be heated year-round.

House Rules
~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
