The condo was just the right size for my group: 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, laundry room, and small fully equipped kitchen. One of the bedrooms has a window that is facing the landing of the second floor with a curtain that didn't cover the entire window to keep out light. The property was extremely dark in the evening with very little light to light the "courtyard". We had amazing views. The location to shops and restaurants and gas stations and the sites of Sedona were nice. But when I booked this property I was under the impression there was a "hot tub" for soaking sore muscles. I had "asked" vrbo the question and some previous guests had mentioned a hot tub. There was no hot tub. My bad-I should have checked in with the host before booking. In one of the bedrooms, upon arrival it smelled of urine "strongly". I purchased some room spray to help with it. But it didn't, I located the the origin of the smell and notified the host. Housekeeping came to remove and replace with new blanket. The check out process was vague. I have stayed with other locations that have a book of recommendations, and expectations, here there was not anything. I reached out to find out what I needed to do before checking out. There was a lot of great things, good things and bad things. But overall, this property served our group well enough.
