The game room offers shuffleboard, ping pong table, 70 inch smart TV. Enough floor space to stretch and have a yoga class! Eight yoga mats available as well.

The master Bedroom offers a deluxe king size bed with a 55 inch TV. Walk out the side door to the amazing outdoor living area.

Step into a four-jetted shower or relax in a soaking tub. It also has double sinks and a large walk-in closet

Offers King size bed with a 55 inch TV. Walk out to patio area.

Bedroom 3
Offers a King size bed with a 55 inch TV and walk-in closet.

Bedroom 4 "Bunk-room"
Offers 2 bunk beds. Two Single over two Double bunk bed sets. Sleeps 6 total. Also has a 50 inch TV.

Bedroom 5
Offers a Queen Bed and a 55 inch TV.

Kitchen
The gourmet kitchen has a Wolf Range, SubZero Refrigerator, High quality cabinetry and a large teakwood Island. Top quality cook ware. Kitchen is fully stocked with spices and a coffee/tea station with a drip coffee maker, Keurig and French press. Coffee and tea included.

Living Area
Attractive living area features a relaxing natural gas fireplace and "eagles nest" loft with incredible panoramic views.

Outdoor living space
The backyard area is nothing short of stunning with over 2000 square feet of space to entertain guests. Starting off with a premium quality above ground Spa/ pool combination which has exquisite hydrotherapy qualities and a feature that offers a high flow current which you can swim against or just relax in. You can then slip into the premium quality spa for deep tissue relief and relaxation while you enjoy the views.

The Barbecue is superior quality and extra large so you can sear steaks for a small crowd all at once. The barbecue island has plenty of room and can seat up to 4 people on barstools which surround it. The artificial grass is of the highest quality and soft so you can do yoga while enjoying the outside air. There is a beautiful fire pit with high quality comfortable sofas around it to relax in and enjoy your favorite beverage and star gaze.

Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Less than one mile from local shops, restaurants, and the Sedona Public Library.

Getting Around:
Our home is very close to some of the best hikes and mountain bike trails in Sedona. Located in West Sedona also very close to great restaurants shopping and the stunning beauty of Boynton Canyon.
