It is located in the heart of Sedona near restaurants, shops, hiking trails and the gorgeous red rock views that Sedona is famous for! Spend your days exploring Red Rock State Park. End your evening relaxing by the fire pit on the patio and BBQing on the deck as the sunsets!

Our home is located in a beautiful residential neighborhood. Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone respect the City of Sedona quiet hours from 9:00pm-7:00am, so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.

The space
Living Room: Offers comfortable furnishings, a Smart TV, large windows bringing in plenty of natural light.

Kitchen: This kitchen space is fully equipped and offers some modern touches, such as a stainless refrigerator, dishwasher, convection cooktop, microwave. Island with Bar seating. Walk-in Pantry.

Dining Room: There's seating for up to ten guests in the dining area, along with the additional kitchen bar seating. Out on the adjacent patio you can enjoy outdoor dining, a BBQ grill and amazing red rock views.

2nd Living Room: Relax and Unwind after a day of hiking. Do some yoga on the provided mats or play games with the family.

Master suite– King size luxury bed, private bath with a spacious shower. Smart TV.
Bedroom 2 – Queen size luxury bed, private bathroom with shower. Smart TV.

Outdoor spaces: You will want to definitely take advantage of the outdoor space with BBQ, dining table with 6 chairs. Have cocktails around the Fire Pit while lounging in Adirondack chairs.

Garage/Parking: Two-car garage with additional driveway parking. 1 car fits in garage, 2 cars on driveway. NO Boat/RV/Trailer parking.
