Centrally located, Postcard from Rosseau is only 5 minutes to Minett, 10 minutes to Rosseau and 25 minutes to the "hub of Muskoka" - Port Carling. Endless hours of boating await on the big 3 lakes (Muskoka, Joseph and Rosseau) where you can enjoy boating up to various restaurants: Crossroads (Rosseau), Windermere House (Rosseau), JW Marriott (Rosseau) The Waters Edge (Lake Joe), The Sherwood Inn (Lake Joe), Turtle Jacks (Muskoka) and many more!

PROPERTY
POSTCARD FROM ROSSEAU - Beautiful grounds surround this property. A gently sloping driveway brings you down to the cottage where a beautiful rock retaining wall welcomes you. Winding around back, a designated outdoor dining area offers seating for 10 adjacent to a luxurious BBQ. Granite stone stairs cascade down to the boathouse, passing a lounging area with an L-shaped sofa beneath an umbrella. A firepit area near the water invites you to gather around and roast s'mores as the sun begins to set. The entire shoreline next to the boathouse ( and in front of the picnic table) is all hard back sand.
There is a sandy area above the shoreline with 2 granite steps leading into the water. The water is usually about 2-4"" deep deep right at the steps - thus no ""beach"" but very shallow water with hard packed sand. A hard packed sand shoreline provides the perfect entry into the lake for small children!
The charming boathouse features deep water off the end of the dock to provide the perfect conditions for your best cannon ball! Up above, a wrap around deck with glass railings and new umbrella offers great views while you bask in the sun. Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the boathouse and dock with a glass of vino in hand.

Formal dining room featuring seating for 8 (or 10 including the extension) and walk-out access to the back terrace.

Magnificent room featuring a towering stone, wood-burning fireplace, a TV, 2 sofa's and 2 armchairs beneath a modern chandelier. Also included is a round games table.
MUSKOKA ROOM
This year round, separate space features a gas fireplace and TV encircled by a L-shaped sofa. Six upholstered chairs offer additional seating, and access to the backyard is also featured here.
