This spacious five-bedroom home - approximately 3,800 square feet - is a great place to relax and enjoy your vacation. This lovely home is packed with many extras to help make your vacation memorable. The first floor features four bedrooms, including a main suite with jet tub and a deluxe shower. The garage has been converted to a game room with Ping-Pong, electronic dart board, air hockey, and foosball. The garage also has air-conditioning to help with the hot summer days and nights. Enjoy the 75-inch 3D TV with surround sound and 3D Blu-ray player in the living area! Featuring two picnic tables, the patio also offers a gas grill for barbecues. THINGS TO KNOW
One of the first-floor bedrooms does not have a closet.
Bayside Resort charges an optional per-person fee for guests five and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools, tennis court, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year. The local team will reach out to you before your arrival to arrange for this payment.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
