Villa Adele, a home with a musical soul.

Among the first hills of Senigallia, in the Marche, this ancient twentieth-century farmhouse is surrounded by three hectares of parkland, a centuries-old pine forest and a gentle cultivated hill, whose colors change depending on the season in which you will live within the walls of Villa Adele. A house that tells the story of the family that has owned it since the 90s when the lyric tenor from the Marche Africo Baldelli chose it for the music he heard in that house: the harmony of nature.

Villa Adele is embellished with terracotta floors, exposed beams, valuable furniture and paintings, it offers guests a refined and welcoming atmosphere, a silent refuge from which to set off to discover the Marche, in every season: the art city of Urbino, Corinaldo, a UNESCO heritage site, the Frasassi caves and, finally, the enchanting seafront with the longest beach in Italy, all just a handful of kilometers away.

Interior: the villa is on three levels, the ground floor consists of the main entrance where family jewels of the four generations that have followed one another in the ownership of the villa are kept, from here you access the living area, which consists of a lounge with fireplace and TV, dining area, bathroom with shower, and fully equipped main kitchen.

Adjacent to the kitchen you will find a 40 square meter apartment consisting of: kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with shower.

Going up an internal staircase you reach the first floor, which consists of: four double bedrooms, three of which with private bathroom with shower and two with bathtub, plus a bedroom with two single beds and an additional bathroom with shower. The view from up here is ensured by the two balconies, one overlooking the pool and one overlooking the sea.

On the second floor you will find an elegant mezzanine and two bedrooms with two single beds each.

Exterior: the majestic wrought iron gate gives access to a fully fenced park of 45,000 square meters. Skirting the hill you reach the flat area where you will find Villa Adele, bordered by tall trees, expertly cultivated flowerbeds, flowering bushes and aromatic plants. Between the swimming pool and the large lawn overlooking the sea, a relaxation area equipped with a brick barbecue.

From the kitchen there is an exit to an outdoor dining area equipped with a modern covering system, ideal for relaxing and eating in front of the blue sea.
