Welcome to Dragonfly Cottage, near a peaceful pond, this Guest House is a cozy retreat for up to four guests—where nature and comfort come together. Watch dragonflies skim the water, sip your morning coffee on the deck, or unwind after a day of exploring. With its serene setting and inviting charm, it’s perfect for a romantic getaway, a quiet weekend with friends, or a small family escape. Dragonfly Cottage is where stillness, beauty, and a touch of magic await.



There are 2 bedrooms, one with a King size bed and one with a Queen size bed. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy. The guest house features a mini fridge and mini freezer for guest use. Enjoy dining indoors or outside on the deck near the pond. A propane grill is available for relaxed outdoor cooking. The owners live just across the lane.



In the evenings, enjoy exploring Northwest cuisine and fresh seafood at one of the many award-winning restaurants in Sequim or Port Angeles. During summer and fall, the Peninsula comes alive with festivals—from the Sequim Lavender Festival to Port Angeles' Arts & Draughts and the beloved Dungeness Crab Festival—each celebrating the vibrant spirit and local pride of this incredible region we’re excited to share with you.



For eco-conscious travelers, a Level 2 EV Tesla Charger outlet is available. However, do remember to bring your own Tesla charging adaptor for use as the connection is specifically for Tesla. This property is designed to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible!



Perfectly situated near Sequim’s famous lavender farms, this charming guest house offers a peaceful retreat with countryside charm. Take a short stroll to Nelson's Duck Pond & Lavender Farm, where you can enjoy fragrant fields, friendly ducks, and scenic beauty. Whether you're here for the blooms, the quiet, or the fresh air, this cozy stay puts you right in the heart of it all.

Dragonfly Cottage is conveniently located just minutes from Highway 101 and Old Olympic Highway, making it an ideal base for exploring the Olympic Peninsula. Within a 30–60 minute drive, you'll find endless opportunities for hiking and beachcombing. Head to Hurricane Ridge—the closest Olympic National Park entrance—for panoramic mountain views and scenic trails. Around Lake Crescent, popular hikes lead to historic railroad tunnels and stunning waterfalls. You can also rent kayaks or canoes near the Lake Crescent Lodge and enjoy a peaceful meal with a view.



For full-day adventures, drive 2–3 hours west to explore the lush Hoh Rainforest, wild Pacific coast beaches, and the breathtaking cliffs of Cape Flattery. Closer to home, enjoy whale watching tours from Port Angeles, hand-feed buffalo at the Olympic Game Farm, or capture photos of bald eagles soaring above the Dungeness Spit.

Important note before you book: Guests are required to complete the Check-In Form provided by Brigadoon Vacation Rentals as a mandatory step to finalize their reservation. To ensure a smooth check-in process, a valid government-issued photo ID must be attached to the form.



A discount of 10% off for 6-9 nights and 15% off for 10 nights or more will automatically apply at booking. If you booked via Airbnb, the discount will already be included in the price and will not show as a separate deduction. If you booked via VRBO, please ask us to apply the discount to your stay. For longer stays between 21-28 nights, we'll set up a mid-stay cleaning free of charge, and an additional $260 non-refundable fee will be applied to cover up to $3,000 in damage insurance, ensuring peace of mind during your extended stay.
