Character cottage, large garden and swimming pool, tranquility guaranteed

The country cottage 'Chauprades' manages to combine the character of old stone and the charm of wood with the functionality of modern living. This superb farmhouse has spacious volumes and it nestles perfectly into the heart of the rolling countryside of Lot et Garonne.
The 1.3 acres garden which surrounds the building is constituted of large open spaces for sunbathing, but also shaded and wooded areas for a well-deserved nap in one of the hammocks. The large private swimming pool (14 x 6 meters) immediately delights children and parents alike.

The cottage itself has 5 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 12 people (2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 upstairs), 2 bathrooms with showers and bathtubs, etc. There's even a game room for those less sunny days!
The entire ground floor is suitable for disabled people in wheelchairs.

In a corner of the plot is the small house where I live, very discreetly. I have a separate access to the grounds and believe me, you will not be disturbed during your stay (but I think I had to mention it). Nevertheless, here you can come and get information about local activities, restaurants, etc.

Rental of the gîte 'Chauprades' is generally from Saturday to Saturday but please do not hesitate to e-mail me for any other request.
